Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Custom-framed works are final sale.

Condition for Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. Any damage during return shipping may affect the refund amount.

Process:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or report damage.

  Provide photographs of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.

  Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days, with tracking information provided.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or defect.

Special Delivery
This piece exceeds standard shipping dimensions and will be personally delivered to your location. Delivery is available within the Midwest. Additional delivery fees may apply, and timing will be coordinated directly with you to ensure a smooth handoff. For locations outside this range, please contact us to discuss custom delivery arrangements. 

Packaging and Handling: All items are carefully packed to ensure safe transit. Paintings, framed drawings, and mirrors will be shipped with protective materials and may require custom crating for added security.

Shipping Timeline: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–14 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the item. Buyers will be notified of shipping fees at checkout.

Insurance: All shipments are fully insured for their value.
